VS Code extenstion

I have the Antlr4 VS code extension installed but I have no documentation, is there any? For example I saw a large number of warning in the edit session's OUTPUT window, unsure of the cause I cleared the window and they went away but how do I regenerate them? What actions by the user cause the messages to get logged in the OUTPUT window?

I tried closing/opening the file but it did nothing, were those warning old? from some earlier edit session?
