Unable to add wallet

When I try to connect my wallet I get this error in the console:

Looks like you don't have the mumbai network added on your metamask wallet. Look it up here, add it and try again! Let me know if it works

Yes! That's something I thought about, but if I kept adding things to the project I wasn't finishing any time soon and I wanted to move on to other things. Thanks though, I agree console.log is not a great error notification
