[Feature][SonarQube] Support SonarQube 10

Use case

As a test automation engineer, I want to access metrics from current SonarQube version 10 through DevLake, so that I can create dashboards containing metrics from SonarQube 10

Description

Currently, we are trying to create a quality dashboard, that incorporates quality metrics from different sources.
This ranges from opened/closed production bugs in JIRA, pipeline statistics from GitLab and others.

The only thing lacking for us: SonarQube 10 support to also cover this source of quality metrics.

As per the documentation, right now only SonarQube 8 and 9 are supported.
