Discussion of ways to improve usability for router extensions

We should process this at some point and raise issues as required.

Perceived Problems

• rhaiscript...
  Usuable without knowing tower, but using our documentation

• Tower documentation (pointers + write documentation)
  e.g.: https://github.com/tower-rs/tower/tree/master/guides

• router documentation (how do our services work)
  e.g.: our interfaces which you might use from extension

• We should enable Tower as "full" featured.

• We should all spend some time looking at Layer source code
  for understanding

• We can't have an async lock for extensions or Context. Basically
  anything we do with user interactions.

Possible Solutions

• write up all our examples
• solicit feedback from solutions
• create flowchart from examples
