Exclute packages/backend/templates/admin/base.html from the lintstaged

Describe the bug

Currently on initial commit lintstaged package run some reformatting job on *.html files. This breaks the packages/backend/templates/admin/base.html file which is using by Django admin panel and causes an invalid tag displayed on the top of the admin page.

Steps to reproduce

1. Initialize new project
2. Do an initial commit
3. Run the app
4. Open the Django admin panel
