Introduce confirm dialog component

Description

Currently most of the destructive actions in the application doesn't have the proper confirmation dialog.

Describe the solution you'd like

Introduce a generic, easy to (re)use component of the confirmation dialog.
Implement it so all destructive actions will use it (along with the plop templates).
