Without CUDA support #23

Can you please remove CUDA support? Or make branch without it. It is important because I got error on my VPS without CUDA:

/node_modules/bindings/bindings.js:121
        throw e;
        ^

Error: libcudart.so.11.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
