订阅信息在windows上是能用的，用这个工具在ubuntu shell上面输入就会显示

多试几次，有可能是订阅地址本身访问不稳定导致的。你的 windows 和 ubuntu 是在同一个网络环境下吗？

ubuntu 终端输入 curl {你的订阅地址} 看看能否获取到，能的话，我考虑把获取订阅信息的 timeout 改长一点
