FEATURE REQUEST: [PLM] Add url-tvg URL to generated M3U Files

M3U files generated by Playlist Manager do not include a link to the corresponding EPG file. Adding this to the first line of the M3U would save time when adding the playlist to non-Channels DVR applications (eg Tivimate), as it would automatically find and apply the XML EPG file.

Does this cause any problems with Channels consuming the m3u file? I remember something recently that did this and I recall Channels having a problem. Since Channels integration is top priority, I would want to do anything that would impact that. Otherwise, if not, this seems pretty simple and straightforward.
