ICSx5 fails parsing ICS generated by event-post WP plugin

First off, I'm super happy with ICSx5 and DAVx5 and have been using them like forever. Thanks for these amazing apps 😍

Now, when trying to add an ICS feed subscription with ICSx5 v2.0.3-standard (from F-Droid; also tested v2.1-beta) for this url, I'm getting an error:

A similar error is thrown when first downloading the file and loading it in ICSx5 from the device, check this file for reference:

Apparently it is generated by the event-post WordPress plugin and the error doesn't make sense to me since the file structure is basically

Android Calendar and Etar at least recognize one event and let me add that to my calendar manually. Is that calendar file content invalid? Is ICSx5 supposed to parse that or should I rather complain at the plugin authors or blog admins?

I figured out the issue is the event-post plugin folding long lines wrongly, i.e. not adding a leading whitespace to the new line (see this section of the RFC. After fixing the file manually, ICSx5 properly parses it

Yup, that's correct. Line folding for the description fields is not well done. However, I don't think there's anything we can do from our side. Events must be well formatted for them to work correctly. I've seen that you have created a support ticket at Wordpress', so I suggest just waiting until they fix it 😞

FYI, the WP plugin just released a new version with this fix.
