onSwipeDown event timing issue with Tablet OS 2.0

What? Reports that onSwipeDown event no longer works at all, or it is sluggish, difficult to swipe or the animation is not fluid.

Suspect it is a timing issue introduced in Tablet OS 2.0. From developer: “if I wait long enough, I can register the handlers just fine ... I moved the handler registration to after I’ve processed the station list. So, all AJAX calls and XPATH selection is complete when the commands are registered.”
