Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Sometimes we would like to reupdate some stats. It can be

  • all charts for all dates
  • some charts for all dates
  • all charts from some date
  • some charts from some date

now only the first option is properly supported; others can be accomplished with manually entering the database and changing values. it might break stuff + inconvenient if > 1 chart needs reupdate.

check some other ways to accomplish that (maybe add some flags or smth like that)

Additional context
user op charts might need lots of reupdates (or at least pretty regular) at different instances
