C - Make Build

autoconf, automake를 통해 의존성 및 자동 Makefile을 생성하여 편리한 빌드환경을 제공.
configure의 생성도 고려.
추후 배포를 생각하여 README, INSTALL, COPYRIGHT 등 파일 생성및 작성.

Perl

Perl같은 경우는 cpan의 의존성이 환경마다 상이하여 cpan으로 의존성을 해결하기에는 한계가 있어보임
Install 문서나 Readme문서에 의존성을 명시하여 사용자에게 가이드를 제공.
