Add 'run' number as option to BV2BIDS #5

The BIDS spec (https://bids-specification.readthedocs.io/en/stable/modality-specific-files/electroencephalography.html) provides an option to have a "run" number associated with each recording. Can this option be added to the BV2BIDS command?
