Analyst can see resources in production after logging in with Entra ID

As an Analyst,
When I log into Google Cloud with my DOT email via Entra ID SSO,
I can see the appropriate production resources in the caltip.org organization

Acceptance Criteria

Please enter something that can be verified to show that this user story is satisfied. For example: I can join table X with table Y. or Column A appears in table Z in Metabase.
