Improve Repo Management

I'd like to recommend changing restructuring this repo to work like the official 3rd-party repo.
A few reasons why this would be advantageous:

• Allows anyone to setup the repo locally in case repo owner's hosted version ever goes down.
• Allows for pull requests to be submitted instead of repo owner being the sole packager.

I am thinking of opening all the .yml code.
So the repository will have more transparency and the community will be able to contribute.

Today I will make a change, I only update a package if it is properly tested. So avoid bugs.
