Images only showing through fixed path

I have tried searching through the posts to see if someone already experienced this but I couldn't find it.
If so, please direct me to the post so I can find the solution.

When I create a new document in my Learning Path, I can add images.
I upload them through Images

When I then insert it to my course, it won't show the picture but only the icon for a broken link.

What I have to do to fix it, is to fill in the full path of the image. In this case http://websitename/chamilo/app/courses/../images.png

How can I fix this issue? If I want to share my course with a colleague of another school and he hosts it, the link will go to my directory.

I reported this ages ago where I said that relative path would be far better.
This being said, there are a couple of ovecomes.
You have to have access to the installation structure to create once the correct path, then it'll work everytime.
All you have to do is to remember that . means current directory ; .. means 1 level up directory.
If you installed Chamilo straight forward, the structure should be something like /chamilo/app/course/CourseName and so on.
When you insert an image, double click on it and you'll see that there is a path as described. Replace it using something like ./../../ressourec/image.png (assuming that the image you want to inst=ert is named image.png).
Be aware that the editor will show a broken image, but if your path is good, the student will see the image fine.

One thing I have to try is, in configuration file, setting the relative path rather than the fixed one to see if I cah cheat the thing.
If so, any platform will accept the course.
