Hi, i'm a new Chamilo user. I'm setting up a course to do with mental health. I'm trying to create a test that asks the user to score themselves out of 10 for anxiety. whatever score they give themselves i want that to be the score they get for the test. How do i do this?

I am no expert, but may have an answer to your question.
I quickly tested the following two types of questions that might work for you:
"Global Multi answer" or even "Multi answer dropdown"
See is either works for you.

....then I read again and saw the second part of your question.

The most applicable type of question will be "Multi answer".
You'll find a column on the right far right with "score" where you can give a unique score for every response.

I've tried "multi answer" and it allows them to select more than one which could give them a score higher than 10. It also listed the response as "Wrong".

Hi I don't understand what you are trying to achieve.
Could ou please give a bit more of information, as with the soring, you may be able to do what you want...

I don't think you can find a module under 'Test' to achieve what you want. The only option I see right now is to use the survey tool. You can also anonymize the survey.
