When I installed version 1.11.24 through phpstudy on the windows system, I was able to successfully enter the login page.

When I enter the administrator account to log in, it shows: You are not allowed to see this page. Either your connection has expired or you are trying to access a page for which you do not have the sufficient privileges.

How to address it, please?

Hi @zentery

Sorry to ask this of you, but could you try it with Chamilo 1.11.28?

It would be helpful because with the information you provide, it's difficult to understand what may be happening. The "You are not allowed" message an be due to your session not being saved on the server, or to you using 2 different URLs (your screenshots suggest not using a true domain name, so it's a bit tricky to understand what your internal setup might be), or to something not validating you are an admin.

Do you experience this with other users as well, or are you blocked with only the admin acccount? (and so not able to create other users)

Hello! I had successfully installed chamilo1.11.14 before, but then uninstalled it and reinstalled the new version chamilo1.11.24 and the above problem occurred. Even installing the latest version still gives the same error.
I use phpstudy, and when I installed chamilo locally, I used the domain name in the figure and pointed the root directory to the chamilo directory. I don't know why the error occurs, and I can't skip the administrator account login, so I can't create other users.

I found something related here, but I didn't figure out the root cause. Could you help me?
