Describe
After the migration from C1 to C2, all new extra fields (created from configuration.php options) are visible by default (in the user edit field and the question edit field, for example). This should not be the case. All fields that have been created through the transition of configuration.php optional fields should be visible=0 and modifyable = 0 by default.
