At the OSI's Practical Open Source Information event, I learned about the Blue Oaks Council, which provides legal advice.

One of the resources they provide is an Approved License List with Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Lead rating that companies can use to declare via policy which licenses they allow.

I would like some thoughts: Would this be a separate metric? Would this be a filter on an existing metric?

Filter option: Maybe add this to the License Declared metric as a filter: group output by the Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Lead rating of the Blue Oaks Council.

Thoughts?
