Group email addresses

Would it be useful to have group email addresses, so that people can reach the following groups all at once?

• Steering Committee
• Code of Conduct Committee (manage members & teams #2)

The simplest implementation of this would be to have public mailing lists where membership is reserved for members of the respective committees. These could also be used for internal communication.
