I suggest to attach a CMS to manage the growing Team member. (plus the Translation string in fact) This would allow you to manage updating the records directly without touching the JSON files.

It could be something super lightweight, like NetlifyCMS, or something more robust like Sanity Studio. Free tier would be more than sufficient for either.

With a CMS, we can better tackle pretty much the rest of the issues.
