Thank you for filing this. It looks like your cgo compilation is not working. Have you completed the install instructions?

We do have an issue we are about to fix that sometimes happens with the windows path environment variable setting in core setup, so you might want to check the Path system environment variable and see if there is something wrong there (this article has instructions on how you can do that).

if it does not work for you, then please provide commands you use to build or run an app.
also please provide version numbers of OS, Go, C/C++ compiler and the core version.
