AI Lab should configure the CDI podman machine for nvidia device

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

Inside the documentation https://podman-desktop.io/docs/podman/gpu we ask the user to ssh to the podman machine and configure the Container Device interface (CDI) for the nvidia device.

Describe the solution you'd like

This is a bit annoying, and we should probably add an option to AI Lab to do that for the user, it could also update it when required.
