As per conversation here.

The navbar used to resolve to links with the following structure, now it's non-functional:
https://builds.coreos.fedoraproject.org/graph?stream={stream}&basearch={arch}&infra=prod

One of the ways is for the JS code to contain something like an onclick listener/handler which currently isn't present anywhere in this html.
