[Issue]: nvm version 1.2.2 fail to install npm version 14.21.3 LTS

What happened?

The following command fails with nvm 1.2.2 :
nvm install 14.21.3

Rollbacked to nvm 1.1.12 and then it works.

What did you expect to happen?

npm version is installed and listed with command nvm list

1.2.0 or newer (Default)
