Create a control panel for the system

I would like to see a control panel that is different than other platforms, I would like to see it in the following concept:
The host will signin, he/she can either join directly or they can add a list of people who can be added into the session with their emails, once this is done the emails will be sent with a unique login link to each person, this way we can save a ton of spam getting into the meeting!, the meeting participants can join the meeting directly and they can enjoy the meeting.

We had email invitations, but this was used to spam people outside the scope so we removed it. What we need for sure is something like an roomadmin with more rights than the others. Atm you can't remove anyone from the room, mute him etc.
