[5.x]: Duplicated "view" option in header

What happened?

Description

I have the ability to click "View", but also a dropdown for "View in new tab".

But the "View" option opens the link in a new tab regardless, so this seems to be duplicated options that do the same job, unless I've misunderstood a difference?

We’ve removed the “View in a new tab” item when there’s also a “View” button, for Craft 5.7. (#16623)

Great stuff, thanks. Does this mean there's a dropdown toggle that only has "delete" in the menu?
