sync downstream projects to v1.9.3 of vocabulary-theme

Description

This issue originally tracked syncing v1.9, but after several rendering Issue were discovered in vocabulary-theme this was amended to reflect v1.9.1, that version sourced its markup and localized styling from vocabulary generally, rather than the more accurate index-prototype, which resulted in the need for v1.9.2, then v1.9.3.

This Issue supersedes :

• sync downstream projects to v1.8 of vocabulary-theme #87

vocabulary-theme received changes:

• add initial custom post type for faqs q/a pairings #88
• updated vocabulary to latest, prep for v1.9 release #89
• fix rendering issues, bump version to v1.9.1 in style.css #93
• correct errrors caused by not using correct sourcing from index-prototype, bump version in style.css to v1.9.2 #94
• correct post rendering errors on home-index,blog-index, archive-page contexts/templates, bump style.css to v1.9.3 #95

vocabulary-theme needs to be updated to v1.9 v1.9.1 v1.9.2 v1.9.3 in the following projects:

• index-dev-env

  • bump vocabulary-theme to v1.9 index-dev-env#82
  • bump vocabulary-theme to v1.9.1 index-dev-env#83
  • bump vocabulary-theme to v1.9.2 index-dev-env#84
  • bump vocabulary-theme to v1.9.3 index-dev-env#85
  • deploy to index__stage
    • v1.9 🔴 failed
    • v1.9.1 🔴 failed
    • v1.9.2 🔴 failed
    • v1.9.3 ✅
  • deploy to index__prod
    • v1.9.3 ✅
