Pricing - over the air content delivery for multiple files

Hi, we are using crowdin SDK for over-the-air content delivery. We are interested in how you review num of requests - our costs are a bit higher comparing to what we expected. We are using OTA for multiple strings.xml files, I see this in logs when new translations are downloaded :

Do you take this as 25 separate requests for pricing? Or just as one? From my point of view, its just 1 request - amount of data tranferred is the same as if all the data were in one common strings.xml
