Settings validation client side only

Validation of updated settings via the webserver is handled on the client side only, this should be replicated server side to ensure invalid settings cannot be set.

Ideally the validation and value updating should be moved to a shared function which will make it easier and more reliable to enable MQTT setting of the same values.
