Changing body type between URL Encoded and Multipart should keep the key-value parameters #118

This may not apply to files (related #13, #92).

However, if I add body parameters using URL Encoded parameters,

URL encoded parameters being present in an HTTP request, there are 5 parameters

And then I switch the body type to Multipart, I lose the parameters.

I should keep the parameters IMHO.
