v0.4.1.2版本docker-compose up -d中milvusdb/milvus:v2.3.3启动失败，退回v0.4.0.dev1版本则可正常启动，不知哪里出错，附件中为milvus启动日志。
使用docker desktop。

可以单独把milvus的启动逻辑拆分出来测试下，毕昇这边没有对milvus做额外的处理，也是参考milvus官方的启动方式去部署的

在windows docker下启动失败，换为linux docker系统启动成功了
