Incorrect link on website FAQ #1490

On the FAQ page of the website, https://www.pgcli.com/faq, there is an incorrect link in the answer to the second question.
I suspect that the link is supposed to be going to this website https://cmder.app/, but instead it is linked to http://cmder.net/

Thanks for the report, I have fixed that in dbcli/pgcli.com#64 (the website is managed in a different repository: https://github.com/dbcli/pgcli.com/).
