Alfred window does not disappear if zotero is in focus

Whilst using Zotero, searching using Zothero whilst working with collections is quicker/more convenient than constandly mouse clicking My Libary then cmd+f. One's fingers don't have to leave the keyboard. However, currently if one searches in zothero whilst zotero is in focus esc must be pressed to close alfred. This is different than searching when zotero is not in focus.
