This stuff is in a public code repository, so I assume that it is intended to be used. However, there is no LICENSE.txt file, a pom.xml, or whatever clarification about the terms, which would me allow to do so?

(And, btw., while we're at it? How qbout using Maven Central for distribution of WinRegistry.jar, rather than the own Git repository?))

Oh, only saw it now. It has GPL and LPGL license
