They share the same project name, but in [fping by Kwakkelflap] it also called itself "Fast Pinger".
They don't share the same command option list. Also, they work & output in two different ways.
So, i means the [fping by Kwakkelflap] (version 3.0) here for windows here is wrote by a predecessor, which mean to use for just windows, without announcing the source code. The [fping by schweikert] (5.1 now) is worte by another predecessor, which announce it as a open source tool, possibly for system like Linux.
P.S. For guys not so confused but still looking for a [fping by schweikert] winows version, try fping-windows build on windows by cygwin, might be helpful.(●'◡'●)
