Old UI used to have a toggle < to reveal markdown, and other info about an Item.

Bring that back.

(Probably minus the "Share" buttons, which are less necessary now.)

Since the "view" pages are SSR nowadays, how do we get that functionality?

I'm going to try out htmx to see if it offers an easy upgrade path.

Uses HTMX as a way to allow some basic interactivity on otherwise html-only pages.

The page should degrade well if JS isn't enabled.
