Description

Without changing the structure of the form, the changes required would be the removal and addition of some questions.
Questions to remove (all in the procurement section):

• On average, how much do you spend on swag products each month? (optional)
• On average, how much do you spend on women's clothing products each month? (optional)
• On average, how much do you spend on men's clothing products each month? (optional)
• On average, how much do you spend on girl's clothing products each month? (optional)
• On average, how much do you spend on boy's clothing products each month? (optional)
• On average, how much do you spend on baby clothing products each month? (optional)

Questions to add, items to be added to the clothing section:
