Create Container Layout Component

Overview

This component creates a container that constrains the max-width of page content. It is not interactive, and will mainly be used as at the top level of a page.

Data

For now we should expose the following properties in the Editor:

• Size
• Width
• Height

Other properties should be implemented comprehensively later across all Radix layout components.
