Dashboard arrangeable sections

Semi-related to #70, it could be nice to have arrangeable sections on the dashboard page. I can see cases (on mobile devices) where some people want to see their coin balance and trend graph as the first thing and others who would want to quickly see their habits and mark them off without needing to scroll.

This is interesting, i think in the future, I'll open up a addon system so that people can easily implement more dashboard widget. It will make more sense by then to have movable widgets. But this is probably further down the roadmap.

I'd just like to be able to see how many coins each user has from the admin dashboard. So I don't have to switch users to see them. I was going to open a new issue request for this but since it has to do with the dashboard, I thought I would chime in here. Let me know if you'd rather me open anew request issue. Thank you!
