Incompatible with cargo fmt

Hello and thank you for providing this useful proc-macro :)

We were using it at work and realized that cargo fmt would not format the files for which automod would generate a module entry.
Is this a fundamental rust limitation or could this be fixed by automod?

To me this sounds like an issue with cargo fmt not expanding the macros, which makes sense.
