Filed not loading with paragrapgh form on content add form

How to reproduce

• Add the field to a paragraph type
• Now add the paragraph type as a field to a content type (with few other paragraph types)
• Now try to add data to the content type
• Select the paragraph type with the field from the selector
• on the form loaded for the paragraph fields the field is missing

Reason :
Dependent fancytree JS file is loading but the tree.js file executes before the dependent file is loaded
