Thanks for the report. The issue was fixed in #14920. The fix will land in the upcoming 1.59 release.

@young47 Actually, just to verify: Did the issue occur when/after using Theia AI or was it unrelated to the AI features?

I was able to reproduce the error without using the AI features and opened an issue: #14978

yes, every time after using AI chat, i can see this error log

The AI leak issue is fixed in #14920, so once you update when the next version of Theia is released, then you should no longer encounter it.
