For instance: https://open-vsx.org/vscode/unpkg/vscodevim/vim/1.29.0/extension/out/extensionWeb.js which was working before, now returns an error

It's also failing for the vscode/asset route as well:

https://open-vsx.org/vscode/asset/vscodevim/vim/1.29.0/Microsoft.VisualStudio.Code.WebResources/extension/package.json
