We should provide possibility of specifying DESIGN_MATRIX also for Ensemble Smoother.
In case of merge conflict (having the same parameter names in any GenKW group and DESIGN_MATRIX) we need to display a validation warning saying that by default GenKW group will adopt values from design matrix and the group name will come from GenKW group in question.
