As a data practitioner I must ensure that I use plots and figures so that I can distinguish between healthy leaves and powdery mildew leaves

Acceptance Criteria

Codebase properly filters between healthy and infected mildew leaves
Bar and Plot graphs easily identify Train, Test, and Evaluation statistics
