As a site user I want a mildew detection page so that I can visually differentiate between an infected and healthy cherry leaf

Acceptance Criteria

The Cherry Mildew Leaf Detection page correctly identifies whether a given leaf sample is infected or healthy
A user is able to download a .csv file of their detection inquiry
