Daylight Savings Changes don't apply to all events

Depending on when an event was entered, when daylight savings takes effect, events in the calendar will appear to be shifted back an hour. For example: an event originally set to be at 12:45pm will appear to be scheduled for 11:45am. These events show up as expected on Android (Etar), which makes me suspect the web interface would be the issue.
